That is what other organisations mostly the well established ones and the impact (Naylor et al. 2012). Thirdly, the organisation should know why they want to establish the social media strategy. Could it be that they need to reach out to their clientele for feedback or are they just marketing their products? The reason behind this should enable them establish themselves in the right social media. Fourth step is to establish the success of the strategy they are about to ad opt. They should carry a substantial research on the social strategy before adopting it to see how successful it is. The fifth step is to analyze the targeted audience.
